We are Darlene  & Richard Karasik.  We are both accredited teachers of T'ai Chi Chih, and  Seijaku.  We teach in the San Francisco Bay area - San Jose, Saratoga area.   We have also developed a set of classes - mini-sets specifically for the  physically challenged practitioner. Initially we developed the class for Valley Medical Center Spinal Care Unit under the sponsorship of the Christopher and Dana Reeve foundation.
